PUMP REPAIRS

At RB Mechanical Seals we have over 40 years’ experience repairing pumps.

We offer complete pump maintenance, including refurbishment of industrial pumps for heating, cooling, sewage, drainage, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Our pump overhaul process can include any necessary re-engineering to accommodate standard mechanical or cartridge seals to bring worn pumps back to OEM standard or to a higher sealing specification if required.

Special attention is taken on duties where sealing has failed or damage has been caused to the equipment. We work with our clients to investigate the reason for failure, modifying where necessary to reduce future fail rates and downtime.

Each pump we repair it is given an exclusive reference number.

This ensures traceability through the repair process and a documented information sheet for each and every pump.
